During the remote session you will be able to observe all work being done while we solve the problem. All key presses and mouse movements will be fully visible for you to observe. This gives you a great opportunity to learn new things without having to worry about watching over the technicians shoulder.

Remote support technology is secure. The small program that is downloaded from our server will permanently remove itself after the session is finished. We will be unable to reconnect, unless you choose to reinstall the program for further service. Also at any time during the session you may take control of the PC.
